Parkview High School is celebrating its 60th anniversary during the 2016-17 school year.  Over the six decades since Parkview opened, 20,000 students proudly count Parkview as their alma mater.  That calls for a celebration!

We see this occasion as an opportunity not only to celebrate our history and successes over the years, but also to help the future of Parkview by providing needed funding for our Viking Endowment Fund and Leadership School Scholarship program.

Our school has the unique reputation in Springfield and beyond of honoring our shared heritage in meaningful ways.  This celebration has many parts to it:  organizing events to celebrate this milestone, connecting the past with our future, and seeing Parkview shine during its diamond anniversary!
